Physical Wiki Weekend

We've been staring at those breakers for a long time now. And it's
time for a change. The weekend of August 23 & 24th, it's time to
put the bucket back together again.

We will provide the drywall, the tape, the mud, the paint, and the
stuff that needs to be moved, but we need your people power. Volunteer
for Physical Wiki Weekend and help us put the space back together
again. We didn't think it would come to this, but it has. We can't wait
any longer. 

We're dividing the work into *THREE teams: drywallers (must have experience, please!), ceiling tilers, and painters. There are four 3 hour volunteer blocks:

Saturday, August 23
10:00am - 1:00pm
1:00pm - 4:00pm

Sunday, August 24
10:00am - 1:00pm
1:00pm - 4:00pm

If you would like to volunteer for one of these blocks, send an email to jenn@bucketworks.org. And please specify which team you would like to join.

We've got a full schedule going into September, and October will be a big
month around here with events like the Milwaukee Spotlight Student Film
Festival, Barcampmke3, the Bucketworks Grand Opening, a member movie
night, and a haunted house. If you'd like to volunteer for the planning
committee for the Grand Opening or the Haunted House, please send an
email to octoberfundraiser@bucketworks.org.

 *NOTE: We were informed by the carpet installers that it will not be necessary to strip the floors. Thus we will only need drywallers, painters & ceiling tilers!
