Theatre incubation.

Bucketworks’ theatre program specializes in growing theatre organizations. Our staff will work with you on every facet of your theatre company, from developing the artistic mission and designing the lighting to raising funds and selling tickets. We’ve guided organizations such as Dramatists Theatre, Quasi-Theatre, Primary Colours Theatre, and Olsen Arts Theater Group.

Value gatherings.

Want to infuse creativity and play into team building, strategizing, and engaging the value in your people?
Partner with Bucketworks and Working Innovations to create Value Gatherings!

First, we work with you to build an on or off-site experience for your team that aligns with your goals. Next, we facilitate a gathering with your team that creatively explores individual and shared values, by using technology and the arts to connect your team. Finally, your team initiates commitments to action that  will bring the values, goals and action items created in the Value Gathering back to your work environment.

Throughout the experience, we transcribe the values, goals and commitments into a private website, only  accessible to your team. We also train your team on how to transform and grow the website to keep your initiative flowing. Your experience will be captured where your team can use it!
